Glow Medispa Cancellation Policy

While we really try to accommodate everyone’s busy lives, it is very difficult for us to fill same-day cancellations and no-shows. Booking an appointment at Glow is an acknowledgement of these terms.

24 hours’ noticeWe kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Same-day cancellationsMay incur a 50% fee, including bookings made with a gift voucher.

No-showsMay be charged the full price. If the booking was made with a gift voucher, the voucher will be forfeited.

Late arrivalsPlease arrive on time. Arriving late shortens your treatment, but the full price still applies.

Securing your bookingFor appointments over an hour, you may be asked for credit card details to secure your booking. No payment is taken unless there is a no-show or same-day cancellation.
