GLOW MEDISPA CANCELLATION POLICY 

While we really try to accommodate everyone’s busy lives it is very difficult for us to fill same day cancellations and no shows. Please take a second to read our updated cancellation and no-show policy. Booking an appointment at Glow is an acknowledgement of these terms. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Same day cancellations may incur a 50% fee, even on gift vouchers. No-shows may be charged full price or if it is a gift voucher, you will forfeit your voucher. Get the most out of your booking time by arriving on time. Failure to do so will only lessen your time with us, yet still incur the full payment. To secure an appointment exceeding an hour or to book an appointment with Rebecca, you may be asked for credit card details to secure your booking.  Please note that no payment will be taken unless there is a no-show or a same day cancellation.
